Re- evaluation for patients. This is to be conducted if you have not been seen by our office in over 6 months. All patients must comply with re-exams as required by our medical board. Any patient that has not been seen in over 3 years MUST book in as a new patient. If you are unsure when your last visit with us was, please contact our front desk. - $105

Day 2 appointment for all new patients. This appointment is to review the results of the new patient evaluation and to receive your treatment plan recommendations from Dr. Megan. - $80
