If you have not been seen in over 6 months then you are required to book a re-exam appointment. Any one who does not follow this process will not be guaranteed an appointment until the re-exam has been conducted. Re- evaluation for patients. This is to be conducted if you have not been seen by our office in over 6 months. All patients must comply with re-exams as required by our medical board. Day 2 appointment for all new patients. This appointment is to review the results of the new patient evaluation and to receive your treatment plan recommendations from Dr. Megan. - $80
