Navigate to the "Insurance" tab and find "Claims" and select the claim marked as "Waiting for Response". From the "Actions" drop-down select "Distribute Payment Received".
From the next screen, we can now distribute payments and save.
Once you are finished simply click "Save" or you also have the option to bill a secondary insurance.
